Self-Exclusion

...

1. SELF-EXCLUSION

If you think you are at risk of developing a gambling problem, or if you believe you currently have a gambling problem, please consider using the Self-Exclusion feature, which prevents you from gambling for a specified period of time with "XXX". As part of our Responsible Gambling Policy, you can use to limit your gambling. We provide tools. You can control your bet by entering your selection in your Account in your Account Settings or by setting a maximum limit for your daily, weekly or monthly investments by contacting Customer Service.

What happens when you exclude yourself?

During the Self-Exclusion period, you will not be able to use your account for betting and gaming, but you will still be able to log in and withdraw the remaining balance. You will not be able to reopen your account for any reason and "XXX" will do its best to detect and close any new accounts you may open.

You also have the option to choose which areas of the site you want to limit your access to, such as All Gaming products.

1.1. Deposit and loss limits

Deposit and lose limits allow you to set a limit for the amount of money deposited or lost in the game within a given period of time. Therefore, you are always in control of your money and the maximum amount spent on gambling. At any point after signing up, you can set a deposit and/or loss limit and apply a limit to the Account at any time in the "Gaming Control" section of the "My Account" page. Try answering this short survey to help you determine the limits that are right for you:

Before you start gambling, determine what constitutes an acceptable loss.. Pay attention to how often you play.. Take note of how long you play during each gaming session.. Use your answers to determine how much you want to spend per day, week or month.

1.1.1. When you apply a deposit limit, our system will automatically block any deposit over the limit you set. Similarly, when a loss limit is applied, you will be prevented from making any bets once the limit has been reached (until this period expires and a new limit period begins).

When you set more than one limit, e.g. daily deposit limit and weekly limit, the lowest limit will always apply.

1.1.2. You can request that your limit be reduced. This will be implemented immediately and you will be notified when changes are made.

1.1.3. If you wish to increase your limit, you will need to contact us by phone to make a request. There will be a mandatory 24-hour "cool-off" period before the increase can be applied (from the time of your request). You can call us during the waiting period to cancel the increase. Otherwise, you will be notified at the end of the waiting period when the change takes effect.

1.2. Timeout"Timeout" allows you to take a break from gambling for a specified period of time and is similar to self-exclusion. The main difference is that "timeout" has a minimum duration of 24 hours and a shorter maximum duration. Therefore, the time-out facility can be a useful way of regulating the amount of time or money (or both) you spend gambling.

1.2.1. To request a break, you will need to contact us by phone and let us know the amount of time you wish to opt out. If you choose to take a break from us, we strongly recommend that you take a break from any other companies with which you have a gambling account. Details on how to do this will be found in the responsible gambling section of the website.

1.2.3. After receiving your request by phone, you will be prevented from logging into your Account for the requested timeout period. You may not deposit, withdraw or place any bets with us until the statute of limitations has expired.

Once your time-out request has been made, you cannot cancel it.

1.3. Self-Exclusion If you have decided to take a break from gambling, we provide a self-exclusion facility that supports you and prevents you from accessing your account with us for at least six months. Your account will be closed during your self-exclusion period (6 months, 1 year, 3 years or 5 years). It will not be activated until the self-exclusion period has expired and only after you call us to request a return to gambling (positive action to start gambling again). A 24-hour cooldown will apply after a request to return to gambling.

1.3.1. If you feel that you are spending too much time and/or money on gambling, the process is encouraged by you. You can do this by calling us directly or by completing the self-exclusion drop-down box on our website.

1.3.2. We will close your account and it cannot be reactivated until the self-exclusion period has expired. Any money held in your account will be returned to you.
