The rules and regulations are divided into General and Category sections for easier understanding.  Both the General and Category rules and regulations will now be referred to as rules and regulations.

In the event that a user places the same bet (including single or multiple bet combinations) multiple times and therefore the total winnings exceed the allowable winnings per bet, Betmatik has the right to reduce the bet amount in accordance with the winnings limit.

Betmatik has the right to amend and update the rules and regulations at any time. The betting customer is responsible for knowing about these changes and updates and for knowing the current rules. The betting client accepts the validity of the current betting rules in the event of the betting being played.

 

Betmatik reserves the right to refuse personal account applications, refuse bets, or limit the amount of bets without any reason or liability. No person or person will be allowed to have more than one Betmatik Betting Division account.

 

Betmatik reserves the right to monitor and close accounts. In such a case, all relevant data will be transferred to the most active account of the customer. If a customer has more than one account and two accounts are found to have played the same bets, then the mentioned customer will immediately lose all customer rights and this may lead to the seizure of his earnings and / or the cancellation of all bets he / she has played (including those that have been completed).

 

Betmatik does not accept bets in cases where the customer suspects that they have concluded or acted in unity. Playing bets that are the same over the same IP address and over multiple accounts can be considered as acting in unison even if the personal bet limit is not reached.

 

Cooperative and / or unified betting is deemed a fraud and may lead to reduction of betting limits, closure of the account, seizure of profits and / or cancellation of all bets (including those that have been concluded). Legal ways can also be applied.

 

Betmatik does not assume responsibility for incorrect transmission of betting data and results. No claim shall be made in respect of damages arising from the transmission of erroneous, delayed, played or exploited data over the Internet or due to other data and result transmission errors.

 

It has absolutely no jurisdiction to take all necessary steps to correct any concrete mistakes that may be betmatic and to provide a fair service to its customers. A concrete error can be any published false information about an activity. Examples include wrong handicap, wrong team / participant names, incorrect clock information, or technical errors.

 

We also reserve the right to amend the obvious odds of betting odds and / or betting results - even if the event has come to an end - and to cancel the affected bets. It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that he / she plays the bets correctly.

 

Bets with mutual affiliation with each other are not allowed to play in the same coupon.

 

Such bets may be canceled even after your event is concluded.

 

The betting customer is responsible for the privacy of his personal account and for the confidentiality of his access information. Betmatik is not responsible for bets on account of third party access to this information due to customer's negligence or as a result of accessing any other unauthorized account.

 

It is the responsibility of the betting client to immediately report any amount that is mistakenly transferred to his account. No matter what the conditions and conditions are, all gains from such an error conclusion are invalid. If a customer receives a sum that should not be received, the amount will be deducted from the account and the result will be updated to a negative value, but the account will display the correct amount.

 

If the actual date or time of a bet is incorrect due to transmission errors, or the required personal information of the betting customer is missing, the bet is void. In this case the bet is reimbursed. Any bets accepted after the start of a race, match or event are considered void.

 

The minimum amount for each bet is € 0.10. Maximum earnings per user are also limited to the amount of wager, day and week as indicated in the following table:

Bets are not accepted for those who offer common bets and agents who are actively involved in the offering. The user is not allowed to place bets on sporting events that the participant (eg as a participating athlete, as an owner, coach or officer of the participating club) will participate. If these conditions are not followed, Betmatik has the right to refuse to pay the winnings and to cancel the betting result.

 

Betmatik reserves the right to assign the result individually for each event if, for any reason, an Event that is not covered or encompassed by rules and regulations, including Event / Betting Specific Rules on the Events and Betting pages of the website, occurs.

 

Coupons that have not been approved in the first step and sent to the manual evaluation, regardless of the coupon amount; It may not be accepted, any quantity sent to a certain quantity acceptable is acceptable. The betting department is in charge of setting limits for each customer and betting and holds all rights.

 

The decision to give the event official at 24:00 hrs (local time on the event day) will determine the outcome of the event if not otherwise stated in the following rules and regulations or in the Event / Betting Specific Rules section of the website. If an official result is already available, any disqualification after this time or any other change in the net result of the Event will not be of interest to the bet.

 

Betmatik will attempt to close the event as soon as possible after the completion of the event, that is, to make payments. However, there is no commitment to the length of the delay that may be experienced. If the result of a bet is determined before the match is completed, whatever happens (shortening the duration of the event, remaining in the race), all bets and rules will be finalized.

 

Conclusion of bets:

 

All conclusions are based on official sources or results from the official website of the league. If the statistics are not available from official sources, or if the information on the website is published in an identifiable manner, the results will be reviewed again. Where consistent information is not available, the conclusions are made by our statistical unit.

 

Make sure you check before you confirm your betting slip. Unfortunately we can not process requests for cancellation of bets that are due to result in an error.

 

In case of contradiction between the rules and regulations and other agreements made by the client, the following priority order applies (priority from Article 1, 2 and 3, etc.):

In the event of a betting event, if the minimum qualification conditions specific to the spore have been met, or if an official result is announced within 36 hours after the match, the score at which the event is held will be valid. 

The types of bets that are already made will preserve their validity. As an example, the second half is the first half of a half-finished game. All other betting types (markets) in this betting event are counted as 1.00.

 

 

All bets on canceled events will be void and will be credited back to the user accounts. Combined bets will be recalculated by excluding the canceled event.

 

 

All bets will be deemed invalid if only the encounter is placed on the field of the away team. If the event is taken to another standalone venue, all related bets will remain valid. This rule applies only to events in which the parties have their own fields.

 

 

If two or more participants are declared first in events where a single winner is selected (Tournament Bet / Outright), the total participant ratios will be divided by the number of participants who draw.

 

 

In the event that the participant does not participate in a previously scheduled event or competition, if the event or competition has not been canceled due to this reason, the bets shall remain valid. Example: If the Usain Bolt declares that he will officially participate in the World Championships and does not show up in the race, the bets (eg tournament bets like winning bets) will remain valid.

 

 

If a canceled or deferred match or event does not start within 36 hours of the scheduled start time, the bets will be void. This is 12 hours for baseball games. This rule does not apply to tennis.

 

 

Betmatik reserves the right to cancel any bets placed on false rates due to a delay in the live broadcast of an event and in the event that a team has a distinct advantage. Furthermore,  due to communication problems or other technical failures during an event, we reserve the right to discontinue the bets if we do not suspect that fraud has been committed. The latest time to play a bet may vary according to different events. Intentional and repeatedly late betting will not be tolerated. This will be treated as a trick and the process will be processed accordingly.  Betmatik does not accept liability for possible spelling, communication and / or evaluation errors. Betmatik reserves the right to amend these errors or to cancel the affected bets in cases where the odds are clearly entered incorrectly and / or the betting results are misinterpreted (even if the event has not ended).  Betmatik does not accept responsibility for the fact that live scores, statistics or other information / data provided for live bets are strictly correct.

 

 

As a customer, you have the option to accept rate changes on live bets. This will make your live bet easier. This option is particularly useful when betting for more than one event at the same time.  By doing the following you agree to the rate changes in your betting voucher and this agreement is recorded. The current status is shown on your betting slip, so be sure to check it before you send your coupon. For one or more of your betting coupons,  tick the "Confirm rate changes" box in your betting voucher to accept rate changes that may occur during the time period between your submission and approval of your voucher. As a result of this selection your bet may result in lower or higher odds.  This selection will remain active until you remove the selection in the same box or until you reset your previously saved settings.

 

 

As a customer, you have the choice of formatting betting odds as Classic, Fractional or US odds. When this format is selected while logged into the system, your selection will be saved in your internet browser settings.  It is important to know that all calculations related to the payments of a betting slip are made in decimal format. The classic format always shows the same odds as other formats, or higher than them, and pays them equal or more.

 

 

Betmatik reserves the right to cancel, partially or completely, a bet at the discretion of the participant, if: after the end of an event the event becomes publicly known before the end; bets are submitted, played and / or accepted as bug fixes.

 

 

No refund will be made for participants who have not started. 'Order' bets do not apply to 'Draw' rules, and even if the draw result is more than one winner, the winning bets are paid at the declared odds. If there is more than one winner in the "Winner" or "Group" tournament bet, the 'Draw' rule is applied.
